Lucknow, Oct 24 (IANS) A Khalistani terrorist was arrested in a joint operation of the Uttar Pradesh Police and Punjab Police from Uttar Pradesh's Siddharth Nagar district Sunday, police said. Makkhan Singh, a member of Babbar Khalsa International, was arrested early Sunday morning from the railway station near the Nepal border, about 200 km from here, police said.
