Hello SmashinGeeks Readers, we hope everything is going fine with you. We have just upgraded SmashinGeeks blog with the superpower Genesis Theme Framework and customized its just released Child Theme named Nomadic.

We have decided to push up our experience with three of best Frameworks in the world, which runs WordPress site like a butter way and gives you the entire power to control your blog. Here you will know whats different and unique in each of the Thesis Framework vs Thematic Framework vs Genesis Framework. We have used Thesis Theme for almost a year from the launching of SmashinGeeks, then Thematic framework inspired by Ian Stewart and then Genesis. Lets have a talk on each of them briefly.

Thesis Theme Framework

Thesis Theme is an awesome theme for beginners who lack knowledge for the advanced customizations theme. It gives numerous of customization options to do with. Also, if you are not happy with the options customizations in thesis theme, then you can download thesis skins available on different Thesis Resources sites like Kolakube and Thesis Awesome.

Thesis is awesome in SEO customizing, the inbuilt SEO features in Thesis can never be found in any other wordpress theme. But as compared to the Genesis, they both gives better SEO options and better SEO listings.

Thematic Framework

We have switched to Thematic theme from Thesis because of simplicity and better designing ability of Thematic Framework. thematic gives you somewhat same process of designing child themes as in Genesis framework.

Thematic not mainly focuses on SEO, but we have experienced good results with Thematic Theme SEO. It does not give the option of adding Custom Post Meta Title and all, even though if you are using other plugins like SEO by Yoast then thematic have a good support for these Plugins.

Genesis Framework

Upto now, we have gone some deeper in Genesis, and we have only one word to say for it – Awesome!! The Framework is almost all in one and gives you somewhat better SEO then on Thesis theme Framework.You can design it upto your needs and you can create any type of site with this framework.

We would like to thanks StudioPress to give us the awesome Framework to experience. The Theme Setting, SEO settings and the Import/ Export options are not new but the required once if you are not a developer.
