The earthquake-hit Fukushima nuclear plant was damaged heavily and workers are still working on the situation to take under control. The high radiation level readings from the two nuclear reactors (Reactor 1 and Reactor 3) have showed off an insensitive environment for the people working there and they have been taking complicating efforts to stabilize the damaged reactors. The operator of the Tokyo Electric Power Co (Tepco) has said that the exposure of radiation levels for four and half hours in the Reactor No. 3 might exceed the emergency safety limit for the nuclear power plant workers. Although the oxygen levels were about 21% which is enough for the workers to enter the building, they were unable to work on those harsh environments. He added that Tepco plans to send robots to take measurement inside the Reactor No.2.
