President Barack Obama started his six-day European tour Monday in Ireland. Obama has planned to celebrate his own Irish roots and help to increase the nation struggling with the fallout from its financial collapse.

The U.S. President one day with his wife Michelle Obama is a trip to Moneygall the tiny village in County Offaly. It is the ancestral homeland of Obama’s great-great-great grandfather on his Kansas-born mother’s side.

Falmouth Kearney is a shoemaker who left from Moneygall to the United States in 1850 at the height of Ireland’s Great scarcity. Obama’s roots in the town were discovered during the trip in 2008 presidential campaign.

White House officers said that the president shares his relation with a lot of excitement and may even raise a pint at a local pub and connect with a few distant relatives there in Ireland. Obama's deputy Ben Rhode, national security adviser for strategic communications said that it is surely very lucky for the people who were rooted over there and get recognized by the President.

Barack Obama will start the things in Ireland with his speech if weather permits at College Green. This is the same spot in the center of Dublin where President Bill Clinton attracted a massive crowd for a speech during his 1995 trip to Ireland.

The U.S president Barack Obama being a music lover will be part of a larger rally that includes musical performances and appearances by popular Irish actors and athletes. Obama personal officers said the president’s speech would not be political rather he is more focused to build good relation between U.S. and Ireland.
