| Britney Spears goes punk for “I Wanna Go” video Posted: 28 May 2011 09:26 AM PDT  Twitpic Britney has started work on the video for the song “I Wanna Go,” which will be the third single from her Femme Fatale album, released in March. The video is directed by Chris Marrs Piliero and it will feature hardly any dancing. “It’s very personality and action-driven,” a source explains. “It’s not really indicative of the song at all.” For the clip, Brit opted for an Avril Lavigne look, sporting pink extensions in her blond hair, a black punky skirt and a pair of sneakers. After the first day of shooting, Spears tweeted: “Just wrapped day 1 of the I Wanna Go video. I-I-I wanna go-o-o to my b-e-e-d to get some sleep tonight.” She also posted a picture showing her in the punk-rock ensemble as she stands surrounded by fans at the shoot. Rumors say Britney asked Kellan Lutz to play her love interest, but the Twilight actor turned down the offer. Then the singer went for Matthew McConaughey to play the part but nothing has been confirmed thus far. Spears recently teamed up with Rihanna at the Bilboard Music Awards for a sexy performance of their duet “S & M”. Related rumors

A few days before the most important event for Apple this year, which is rumored to show us the iOS 5 in detail, the future Mac OS Lion but also the iPhone 5, the tension builds day by day and speculation is rife. Many saw the release of the iPhone to 5 scheduled for next year but new reports are saying that the gadget might be presented at the WWDC in early June. The information based on the insistence of Apple’s press officers to bring journalists to the annual conference dedicated to IOS software. The study by a team of researchers at the University of Montreal contradicts the theory that memories cannot be modified once they have been stored in the brain. “Metyrapone is a drug that significantly decreases the levels of cortisol, a stress hormone that is involved in memory recall,” explains Marie-France Marin, leader of the study. Manipulating the levels of cortisol when new memories are formed in the brain may reduce the negative emotions associated with that memory. “The results show that when we decrease stress hormone levels at the time of recall of a negative event, we can impair the memory for this negative event with a long-lasting effect,” said Dr. Sonia Lupien, a researcher who directed the study. 33 men took part in the study. They were told a story composed of neutral and negative events. Three days later, volunteers were divided into three groups: participants from the first group received a dose of metyrapone, those in the second group received a double dose, and the third were given placebo. They were then asked to recall the story they were told in the first day. The memory was tested 4 days later, once the drug was out of their bodies. “We found that the men in the group who received two doses of metyrapone were impaired when retrieving the negative events of the story, while they showed no impairment recalling the neutral parts of the story. We were surprised that the decreased memory of negative information was still present once cortisol levels had returned to normal,” Marin explained. The results of this research could offer hope to those who suffer from conditions such as posttraumatic stress disorder. “Our findings may help people deal with traumatic events by offering them the opportunity to ‘write-over’ the emotional part of their memories during therapy,” Marin said. One obstacle could be that metyrapone is no longer commercially produced. “Other drugs also decrease cortisol levels, and further studies with these compounds will enable us to gain a better understanding of the brain mechanisms involved in the modulation of negative memories,” the doctor concluded. The singer was recently seen buying a mini-bar sized bottle of vodka in a grocery store near her home and drinking from the bottle. “She seemed out of it,” an onlooker said. “She was stumbling about, slurring words. I was shocked to see her buy vodka so early in the day, and even more shocked to see her knock it straight back.” She then reportedly visited a hair salon and went to the toilet to vomit. However, in recent months, she showed signs that she had exorcised her demons. Amy even announced her desire to have a baby with her partner Reg Traviss. Everyone thought that motherhood would destroy the singer's struggles with alcohol and drugs. But now it seems Amy resumed the path to rehab, this time at the Priory clinic, with the desire to get rid of her addiction to illegal substances which are visibly deteriorating her. Fortunately, she willingly checked herself into rehab and is determined to emerge victorious and sober. The singer's rep didn't comment on the vodka incident but confirmed that Amy is entering rehab again: “Amy Winehouse has embarked on a treatment programme at the Priory Clinic. Jennifer Lopez has lost a legal battle to keep home video from her first marriage private. So far, Lopez has argued the release of the tapes would violate the confidentiality agreement Noa signed. But now he's found a legal loophole that enables him to go public with the tapes. Ojani reportedly sold the footage to his current girlfriend, Claudia Vazquez, who will release it on his behalf. A Los Angeles judge issued a ruling on Friday that allows Vazquez to release the footage. “Claudia Vazquez has been allowed to release the home videos of Ojani and Jennifer. The project will deal with JLo’s rise to fame, and her marriage to Ojani. Claudia will be meeting with video distributors on Tuesday, and hopefully, a deal can be made very soon,” Ed Meyer, the executive producer of the project said. The video reportedly covers Lopez's rise to fame and her marriage to Noa. JLo married Cuban-born Noa, then a waiter in a Miami restaurant, in February 1997 and they divorced in 1998. Related rumors

Jane Seymour is taking back what she said about Arnold Schwarzenegger having more than one illegitimate child. While at the premiere of her latest film Love, Wedding, Marriage, Seymour told CNN that she was “not surprised” at Schwarzenegger’s scandal, adding: “I heard about two more children.” Now, the actress is backtracking off her recent comments to CNN. “I am so beyond sorry and appalled that I found myself even talking on the subject at all. I just feel so badly for Maria and the children because I’ve been through similar kinds of stuff,” Seymour said Friday on The View.
“You have to understand it was at the premiere of my movie, which has a very similar theme, which is why they asked me.” She continued: “I do not know anything about any love children, anything that I said was stupidly listening to some stuff in the media that day, everyone was talking, I didn’t even know where I heard it, and I don’t know anything about anything.” Of Schwarzenegger’s wife Maria Shriver and their children, the 60-year-old actress said: “I just hope they accept my apology and realize that I do not want to in any way exacerbate the pain that that family is going through.” Related rumors
